- It is not safe to drink alcohol while taking this tablet as it may cause life-threatening side effects like Lactic Acidosis
- Do not take a double dose of this tablet if you miss a dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular schedule as prescribed
- This medicine is not for children under the age of 10 and for children above 10 years of age consult a doctor before using this tablet
