Treatment of Pain

• Do not apply this gel on open wounds, cuts, burns or infected wounds
• Do not apply this gel on a bandaged area
• Do not let this gel get into your eyes or nose, if it happens wash it away with a lot of water
• Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight

• Get pleanty or sleep, drink a lot of water, slowly stretch your muscles to get relief from your pain completely
• Avoid wearing any tight garments and wear loose free clothes
• Avoid staying in the same position for a long time, if you are sitting stand up move around and sit down again
• Stretch and Massage the area of pain mildly, hot water or cold ice pack therapies can also be useful to relieve pain
