• Tell your doctor about taking this medicine if you have surgery where general anesthetics are used
• Inform your doctor if you find it hard to breathe, have continuous sick or vomiting sensation, and pain in your stomach as Vildanat-M 50mg/500mg Tablet may cause a rare condition called lactic acidosis (excess level of lactic acid in the blood)
• Regularly monitor your kidney and liver functions with the help of your doctor
• Inform your doctor if you have symptoms like stomach pain, tiredness, loss of appetite, dark urine color, or jaundice

• Hypoglycemia (low blood glucose level)
• Trembling
• Headache
• Dizziness
• Nausea
• Weight gain
• Lactic Acidosis (Rare)
