It is not safe to take Telmikind-20 Tablet during pregnancy. Breastfeeding mothers can consult their doctor and get the medicine safely prescribed

• This medicine can make you feel weak and unsteady when you take it for the first time for a few days
• Your doctor will regularly check the amount of urea, creatinine, and potassium in your blood. Take the necessary tests 
• Avoid taking medicines that are used for redness, swelling, or pain (anti-inflammatory drugs) when you use Telmikind 20mg as they may increase potassium levels in your blood
• Avoid foods that are potassium-rich or any potassium supplements
• Avoid smoking, alcohol and reduce the amount of salt taken with food and check your blood pressure regularly
