• Telmikaa H Tablet contains Telmisartan 40mg, Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg used for the treatment of high blood pressure or hypertension
• It controls high blood pressure and reduces the risks of heart attack or stroke

Telmikaa H Tablet is not safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, both pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers must consult their doctor regarding the use of this medicine

• This medication can cause dehydration, drink plenty of water and take a lot of fluids to avoid dehydration
• This tablet may cause a fainting sensation and dizziness, do not do any highly stressful tasks that require focus
• Frequent urination is not a side effect of this medicine as it is part of this medication's purpose to control your blood pressure
• Do not stop taking this tablet without consulting your doctor

Telmikaa H Tablet can be taken at a time prescribed by your doctor before or after eating food. Swallow the tablet as a whole do not chew, crush or break it
