• This medicine can cause a dizzy or fainting feeling do everything slowly do not do anything fast or stressful
• Drink a lot of water and other fluids while taking this tablet as it can cause dehydration (loss of water from the body)
• Tell your doctor if you start to feel extremely thirsty, have muscle weakness, or if you get a dry mouth condition
• Reduce your intake of too much salt with food and try to reduce your weight, check your blood pressure regularly or get it checked by your doctor
• Get your kidney functions and body electrolyte levels regularly checked by your doctor when you take this medicine
