Ephedrine : Systemic hypertension (high blood pressure), Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping);Theophylline : Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Restlessness, Stomach upset

Tedral 24mg/130mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Take this medicine 1 hour before or 2 hours after food. You can take it with food if stomach upset occurs.

Ephedrine works on the blood vessels and increases the blood flow to heart and lungs, thereby improving the disease condition.
