- Ryles Tube 20 FG is a sterile, single-use nasogastric feeding tube designed for the controlled administration of nutrition and aspiration of gastric or intestinal secretions under the supervision of a qualified doctor
- This 20 FG Ryles Tube is made from soft, frosted and kink-resistant DEHP-free PVC tubing and has a standard length of approximately 105 cm
- The flexible construction supports controlled nasogastric tube placement and clinical use
- The Ryles Tube features a closed, coned distal end with radiopaque material to assist with placement verification and four lateral eyes designed to facilitate aspiration and fluid flow
- A radiopaque line with markings at 50cm, 60cm and 70cm from the distal tip provides useful placement references
- The color-coded funnel connector helps identify the tube size and provides a connection point for compatible feeding, aspiration or drainage equipment. The 20 FG size uses a yellow color code in the Polymed range
