Repavid Met 2mg/500mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Repavid Met 2mg/500mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
However, take it 15 minutes before food and skip the dose if you are skipping food.

Lunch ON 0.5mg Tablet is an anti-diabetic medication. It increases the amount of insulin released by the pancreas which prevents blood glucose from rising very high after meals.

Q. How long does Lunch ON take to start working?
Lunch ON starts working 30 minutes after it has been taken. After you take Lunch ON, the insulin levels increase causing a decrease in the blood sugar levels. The effect usually lasts for 4 hours.

Q. Can I take alcohol while I am taking Lunch ON?
No, you should avoid alcohol while taking Lunch ON since alcohol interferes with the working of Lunch ON. You may experience signs and symptoms of low blood sugar levels which include weakness, shakiness, cold sweat, cool pale skin, rapid heartbeat, tremors, extreme hunger, dizziness, headache and anxiety.

Q. Can Lunch ON be taken with other antidiabetic drugs?
Yes, it can be taken with other antidiabetic drugs but according to your doctor’s advice. But since all these drugs lower blood sugar levels, regular monitoring of blood sugar levels is recommended.

Q. Can I continue to breastfeed while taking Lunch ON?
No, you should not breastfeed your baby because if Lunch ON passes in breast milk, your baby may experience low blood sugar levels which is harmful for your baby. Ask your doctor for advice.

Q. Do I need to stop clopidogrel if I am taking Lunch ON?
You should inform your doctor and take his advice. If you cannot avoid using clopidogrel with Lunch ON, take 0.5 mg Lunch ON before each meal. The total daily dose should not be more than 4 mg. Monitor your blood sugar levels more frequently.

Repavid Met 2mg/500mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Repavid Met 2mg/500mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Repavid Met 2mg/500mg Tablet is, however, not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Regular monitoring of kidney function test is advisable while you are taking this medicine.
