Prolomet R 50 Tablet ER is unsafe to use during pregnancy

• It should be taken once a day regularly at the same time
• Lifestyle changes like a low-fat diet, exercise, and not smoking may help this medication work better
• It may cause dizziness. If this happens to you, get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position
• It can hide symptoms of low blood sugar if you are diabetic. Monitor your blood sugar levels regularly
• Do not stop taking Metoprolol Succinate suddenly as it can cause your blood pressure to rise suddenly, thereby increasing the risk of heart attack and stroke

Metoprolol: Stomach pain, Cold extremities, Nausea, Headache, Fatigue, Dizziness, Slow heart rate, Shortness of breath;

Ramipril: Dizziness, Cough, Fatigue, Decreased blood pressure, Vomiting

Prolomet R 50 Tablet ER is to be taken with food.
Avoid Prolomet R 50 Tablet ER with high-fat meals such as olive oil, nuts \u0026 seeds (Brazil nuts), dark chocolate, butter and meat.

Prolomet R 50 Tablet ER is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.
