It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Prolomet AM 25 Tablet PR

Prolomet AM 25 Tablet PR may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

• Take it at the same time every day to help you remember to take it.
• A sudden drop in your blood pressure may occur, especially when you first start taking Amlodipine. To lower the chance of feeling dizzy or passing out, rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down.
• It can cause ankle or foot swelling. Raise your legs while you are sitting down. Talk to your doctor if it does not go away.
• It may cause dizziness. Do not drive or perform activity require mental focus until you know how Amlodipine affects you 
• Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding 

Amlodipine : Fatigue, Ankle swelling, Sleepiness, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), Headache, Nausea, Dizziness, Palpitations, Edema (swelling), Abdominal pain;Metoprolol Succinate : Stomach pain, Cold extremities, Nausea, Headache, Fatigue, Dizziness, Slow heart rate, Shortness of breath

Prolomet AM 25 Tablet PR is to be taken with food.
Avoid Prolomet AM 25 Tablet PR with high-fat meals such as olive oil, nuts \u0026 seeds (Brazil nuts), dark chocolate, butter and meat.

Prolomet AM 25 Tablet PR may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.
Prolomet AM 25 Tablet PR may cause side effects such as dizziness, headaches, nausea or tiredness, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive.
