Treatment of pain relief and fever

• Avoid drinking alcohol while taking Parawel Drop
• Avoid excess caffeine (coffee, cola, energy drinks) as it may increase the risk of restlessness or rapid heartbeat when combined with paracetamol-containing medicines

Inform your doctor if you take any of the following medications before taking Parawel Drop

• Other Paracetamol-containing drugs
• Blood thinners (Warfarin, Acenocoumarol)
• Anti-seizure medicines (Phenytoin, Carbamazepine, Phenobarbital)
• Rifampicin or Isoniazid (used for tuberculosis)
• Cholestyramine

• Always take Parawel Drop as prescribed by your doctor. Do not self-medicate or stop the course midway, even if symptoms improve
