How to use Otrivin Oxy Fast Relief Adult Nasal Spray :
- Sit comfortably with the spray bottle ready
- Open the bottle and insert the nozzle into one nostril
- Squeeze the bottle firmly while breathing in deeply
- Repeat for the other nostril
- Put the cap back on after use
- Adults and children 12 years of age or older should spray once into each nostril, up to 3 times a day, or as advised by the doctor
