• Take during or immediately after the meals and consume slowly.
• Take at evenly spaced times throughout the day (every 3 or 4 hours).
• Monitor your blood glucose levels regularly during levocarnitine treatment.
• Do not take this drug if you are allergic to levocarnitine or any of its ingredients. 
• Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding.

Maxoza Powder is to be taken with food.

Levocarnitine belongs to the class of medications called as amino acid derivative. It works by improving the low levels of carnitine in the body.

Q. Is Levo-carnitine useful in weight loss?
There are no strong evidences to show that Levo-carnitine is useful for weight loss. Hence, Levo-carnitine is only used in people who have deficiency of carnitine, a chemical that helps in energy production.

Maxoza Powder is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Maxoza Powder may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
