Lumaria Tablet Uses:

Falsitis 150mg Injection is used in the treatment of malaria. It is not used to prevent malaria or to treat severe malaria (where it has affected the brain, lungs or kidneys).

Arteether 80mg,Lumefantrine 480mg

Interactions / Warnings:

It is not known whether it is safe to consume alcohol with Lumaria Tablet. Please consult your doctor.

Pregnancy interaction:

Lumaria Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Expert advice:

You may be monitored with blood test once a week during 4 weeks for the presence of malarial parasites.
Do not drive or operate machinery as arteether may cause side effects such as dizziness or nausea.
Do not stop the medication even if you feel better as infection may not be completely cured.
Do not take arteether if you have ECG abnormalities.
