Vofon is a medicine used to control the blood sugar levels in patients with Type 2 diabetes. It decreases postprandial or postmeal rise in the levels of blood sugar by slowing down the digestion and conversion of complex carbohydrates (like starch) into simple sugars (monosaccharides).
