Drug Composition

• Glimepiride 2mg

• Glimisave M2 Forte Tablet SR is an anti-diabetic drug that composes of Glimepiride 2mg and Metformin 1000mg used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults. It helps control blood sugar levels in diabetic patients

• Glimisave M2 Forte Tablet SR must be consumed with food regularly usually once a day as per doctor’s recommendations even if you feel better to keep blood sugar levels in control and prevent risks of kidney problems, blindness, loss of limbs, and disorders in the nerves

• Glimepiride is a sulfonylurea in the sugar tablet that increases the amount of insulin produced by the pancreas that in turn lowers high blood glucose levels or hyperglycemia in the body.

• Metformin delays glucose absorption in the intestines and improves the body's handling of insulin
