1. Shake Foracort 200 Inhaler well
2. Hold the mouthpiece downward and keep it between your teeth and close your lips on it
3. Press the inhaler button and release the medication into your mouth and hold your breath for a few seconds
4. Breathe in and breathe out slowly and repeat until you have taken the dose or puffs prescribed by your doctor
5. Wash your mouth fully clean after using the inhaler to avoid any type of infections
