Fluvoxin CR 50 Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

• It should be taken at night with or without food.
• The addiction/dependence potential of Fluvoxamine is very less.
• Take caution while taking Fluvoxamine if you are using Benzodiazepines and MAO inhibitors previously.
• Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how Fluvoxamine affects you.
• Fluvoxamine is when taken in combination with other drugs, leads to Serotonin syndrome. Avoid serotonergic drugs like triptans, lithium, and tramadol.
• Talk to your doctor if you notice sudden mood changes or develop suicidal thoughts.
• Do not stop taking the medication suddenly without talking to your doctor.

Fluvoxamine : Low sexual desire, Delayed ejaculation, Vomiting, Orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing), Nausea, Weight gain, Drowsiness, Erectile dysfunction, Stomach upset

Fluvoxin CR 50 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Fluvoxin CR 50 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Fluvoxin CR 50 Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
