Dytor 20 Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called diuretics or water tablets. It is used to reduce the swelling (edema) caused by too much water in the body in people who have heart failure, liver disease, or kidney disease

It is not known whether it is safe to consume alcohol with Dytor 20 Tablet. Please consult your doctor.

Dytor 20 Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy

• Torasemide helps remove excess water from your body and lowers blood pressure.
• Take it in the morning with breakfast to avoid getting up at night to urinate.
• Notify your doctor if you experience dizziness, tiredness, or muscle weakness that does not go away.
• Take potassium supplements or potassium-rich diet (banana, spinach, coconut water, etc.) as Torasemide can decrease your potassium levels and lead to dehydration.
• You may be asked to get regular blood tests done to monitor your kidney function.

Torasemide: Headache, Dizziness, Dehydration, Constipation, Decreased blood pressure, Stomach upset

Dytor 20 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Dytor 20 Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
