• It is not safe to drink alcohol while taking Amanat 10mg Tablet as it may cause side effects like low blood pressure or hypotension
• Avoid intake of foods with high fat or cholesterol. Avoid too much salt in your diet or extra salt in any meal
• Amanat 10mg Tablet must be given to children of age above 6 years only on the advice of a doctor, consult a child care specialist
• If you miss a dose of this tablet, take it as soon as possible. Skip the missed dose if it's time for your next dose and follow the regular schedule as advised by your doctor. Do not take a double dose of Amanat 10mg Tablet

• Immunity-suppressing drugs
• Painkillers

Pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers must consult their doctors regarding the use of Amanat 10mg Tablet as it may not be safe and affect the baby

• Taking Amanat 10mg Tablet reduces the risk of having heart disease in the future
• Amanat 10mg Tablet may cause a sudden fall in blood pressure, avoid doing any stressful work and get up slowly when you sit down
• Taking this tablet can also cause ankle or foot swelling. To avoid or reduce such swellings, raise your legs while you are sitting down and move around as much as you can. Tell your doctor if the swellings don't go away
• Avoid doing any work that requires focus or concentration as this medicine can cause a dizzy feeling
• Try to control your weight and eat healthy food and avoid stress
• Check and monitor your blood pressure regularly when you take Amanat 10mg Tablet

Amanat 10mg Tablet can be taken before or after eating food at a time recommended by your doctor. Swallow the tablet as a whole do not crush, chew or break it

Amanat 10mg Tablet is a calcium channel blocker that contains Amlodipine 10mg

Amlodipine blocks calcium from entering the heart and blood vessels. It relaxes the blood vessels to reduce the pressure on them and improves the blood flow in the body.
