Dr Ganesh Shenoy.K is a renowned Laparoscopic, Gastrointestinal and Bariatric surgeon practicing in Bangalore with over 23+ years of experience. This pioneering work in the field of herniology and training surgeons from different parts of the country ,including surgeons from rural areas earned him the " Centre of Excellence in Hernia Surgery" award by Hernia Society of India. He has received many best paper and best video presentation awards in conferences. Dr Shenoy was the recipient of "Oscar award" for best technical video during AWR International conference at Delhi and the "Mahadevan award" for best technical paper presentation awarded by Karnataka State Chapter- Association of surgeons of India to name a few. In recognition of his work in research, innovations and training, he was awarded the "Best Researcher award of 2023" by Indian Association of Gastro-Intestinal Endo Surgeons.
